In Thailand, a women's weaving group is selling traditional woven products to raise money for AIDS orphans and their families. The project, selling 100% natural woven products, is working in a collaborative effort with AIDS Orphaned Children's Initiative, to provide orphans with education services and vocational training.

Austin Guttwein, age 14 from Arizona is the founder of Hoops of Hope, an annual basketball shoot-a-thon to raise awareness and funds for children who have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Hoops of Hope events are held across the country involving thousands of young people and families.

Narrated by Danny Glover, Tiny Tears is a documentary on the AIDS epidemic and its impact on children. This beautiful film offers a glimpse into the lives of children living and dying from this disease and the people and organizations working to save and improve these innocent lives.
