Live Hope Love is a multimedia reporting project by Kwame Dawes (commissioned by the Pulitzer Center). The site brings together poetry, essays, documentaries, short video interviews, music, and photography to explore the AIDS crisis in the Caribbean. In the video below, poet and writer Kwame Dawes who returns to the country of his youth to speak with Jamaicans about the impact HIV has had on them and their country.
The Sun Sentinel’s multimedia piece, and four-part expose on AIDS Orphans in the Caribbean and Florida. Through several videos and articles, they provide a detailed look into the impact of AIDS of tens of thousands of children in the Caribbean.
